Der GS2200-24 ist mit 24 Gigabit-Ports ausgestattet und eignet sich ideal für die Anbindung von Desktop-Geräten in KMU's. Der voll managebare und lüfterlose Switch verfügt über 4 Dual-Personality-GbE-Ports für RJ45- oder Mini-GBIC-Fiber-Uplinks.
Wie alle ZyXEL Switches liefert das neue Modell vollen Wire-Speed auf allen Ports. Dank der Management-Funktionen ist der GS2200-24 für sichere 10/100- und Gigabit-Verbindungen nach 802.1x, sowie Priorisierung, Traffic-Monitoring, 802.1Q VLAN, Spanning-Tree, IGMP und erweitertes Management.
Für VLAN-Routing empfiehlt sich der Einsatz eines Layer-3+-Switches der XGS-Serie.
